Backpack for Kids Program - Potential Sponsor Survey

The Kids Cafe and Backpack for Kids programs are nationally recognized after school and weekend feeding programs. These programs are designed to meet the nutritional needs of low-income children or in low-income areas during the school year. The program is administered locally by the Arkansas Foodbank Network as a Feeding America representative.

To participate in the Kids Cafe and/or Backpack for Kids program, your agency must be a federal tax-exempt agency.

If your organization is for-profit, you are not eligible to be a sponsor or a site under this program.

The following questions will help determine your agency's eligibility for program participation:

Depending on your answers to these questions, your agency may be eligible to SPONSOR Kids Cafe and/or Backpack for Kids program to provide after school snacks, meals, or backpacks to children in qualifying areas.
