The past few weeks, lives have been significantly impacted by COVID-19. The Foodbank has been at the front lines of this crisis, partnering with school districts after closings to get children and families food, packing thousands of emergency boxes and getting more food out to our communities.
Our annual Day of Giving was scheduled for April 9th. Last year, we were excited to start this 24-hour day of giving and offer donors 40 different ways to make an impact at the Foodbank. This year, we’re changing this to one unified fund to help with our COVID-19 response.
We also have generous businesses and individuals in our community that have stepped up to MATCH $12,500 in donations for the day. That means your dollar will go further to help us with this response.
On April 9th, you have the chance to help those affected by donating to the Arkansas Foodbank. We need you now, more than ever.
Our goal is 250,000 meals for those in need. Every $1 donated = food for 5 meals!
