Eric Shelby joined the Foodbank in March 2011 after working for the electrical contractor that built our current facility. Over the past 15 years, he has managed Facility Maintenance, Food Safety, Compliance, Agency Relations, Construction, and Transportation.
Since becoming COO in 2017, Eric has helped drive over 60% growth, now distributing more than 41 million pounds of food yearly.
He holds a BA in Psychology from Henderson State University and a Master Electrical license. Eric lives in Saline County with his wife, Julie, and has two adult children, Nathan and Hannah.
