Welcome to the Service Insights information page
Service Insights is a NO-COST distribution and intake software platform for our Network Partners.
Service Insights electronically and securely stores neighbor data on a shared network. This means we can use a single unified database of information, while still keeping neighbor visit data private to each partner. We can get a better understanding on what is driving food insecurity and what our neighbors need. It also means faster service and no more giant paper binders or outdated databases! The software is web-based and can be accessed from virtually any device.

Why is Service Insights used?
Service Insights helps agencies better understand community needs and improve services.
Can individual names and addresses be publicly released?
No. The Data Sharing Agreement strictly prohibits releasing any that could identify a person. It states: “Each party will not publicly release the names of individuals…” and “Each party will not release individual addresses…”
What does Service Insights help you do?
– Check people in when they come for food.
– See if someone has visited before.
– Keep simple records of each visit.
– Send reports to Arkansas Foodbank
– Keep information safe and private.
What does Service Insights NOT Do?
It does not check immigration status. It does not affect SNAP, WIC, or other benefits.
It does not share information outside the Arkansas Foodbank.
